Ok, so I figured out from a comment thread on reddit how to create different pages on Neocities.
All I needed to do was make a new HTML file, and put a link back and forth from the main page. Now I have a blog page! I'll just tell you how my day went for now.
Because of the recent snowfall, my highschool cancelled school on monday, and today we had a "2 hour delay day" which is basically a half day.
